As a financial manager the responsibilities were many. The daily duties were loan approval, based on the customers financial status. Supervision of the office staff overlooking schedules and proper coverage to meet the office needs. Set goals to grow our loan balance, as well as working with customers to help resolve their debt issues. Kept a controlled organization when it came to paperwork and company data.
